I'm looking for chibi artists that have open commissions that won't cost me too much! And it'll be a HUGE order too. Lyke 20 different characters for a literate roleplay. These will be the main ones, and then more later on as the RP grows. Oh, and I want the artist to do full colour and body chibis~! So high quality, but not over my budget, which is unknown as of yet.
